The full kitchen was a h... read moreThe accommodations were great. Clean, spacious, quiet, a nice view and a few steps from a pristine beach. The full kitchen was a huge plus. The hotel is a short walk or bike ride from the popular strip. I can't say enough about the friendly staff. Our initial flight was canceled, I notified the hotel and Susie (reservations manager) turned our frown upside down. She quickly offered a solution so that we were able to enjoy the length of stay as originally planned. We received a warm welcome and room tour from Wayne. The following day we met Brenda, one of the highlights of our trip. OMG, she is my new best friend! 🙂 Brenda planned many of our outings, arranged travel and suggested incredible food options. She made our visit a memorable one. We're looking forward to returning to the island and The Tides! Thank you Susie, Brenda and Wayne for a fantastic time & stay! ❤️ read less

The staff, especially Samantha, Brenda, and Wayne, was extremely responsive to our needs and made sure that everything was taken care of. Best deals available compared to other boutiques on the island. Short walk to the beach. They have bikes available so you can get around in the immediate area. 5 minutes away from the Grace Bay Strip via bike. read less

From the moment we ... read moreOur family, extended family and friends stayed here unexpectedly after our flight back to the US got canceled. From the moment we reached out to Susie and Samantha, all our needs were taken care of. They arranged our airport transfers, reserved our beautiful rooms and went out of their way to do everything possible to make our group of harried travelers comfortable and welcomed. The rooms are modern, big and beautiful, and ours overlooked the beautiful pool. Wayne continued our welcome by driving us to/from the restaurant to pick up boxed food for our flight. We highly recommend this beautiful accomodation not only because it is a beautiful property but the staff are extremely kind and caring. read less

The staff Samantha Brenda and Wayne along with the house keeping staff were like a loving family. They attend to every detail as if you are their family. The beach is steps away and so clear and beautiful. The restaurant next door is awesome and reasonably priced the hotel is extremely clean and well kept! We will be going back. read less

While just off the beach (about 100 yards) and smack in the middle of all the activities you could ever want, The Tides offers a peaceful oasis compared to the noisy ransacked resorts in the area. Yes, the resorts have all the bells and whistles you could want (where you don't even need to leave your hotel), The Tides offers beautiful rooms, with plenty of space to chill inside or on your own private balcony looking at the ocean. What also makes this place stand out is Samantha, our concierge extraordinaire. Anything we needed, she made happen. Whether it be dinner reservations or securing popular and in some cases, sold-out excursions, Samantha did not disappoint. Our trip was made complete because of her and we were able to truly enjoy our vacation without any of the stress of navigating which experiences to enjoy. The best way to describe The Tides is an Airbnb living experience combined with a luxury resort-type concierge in a prime location. We'll be back. read less

We had a gorgeous 4th floor suite that overlooked the sea. The decor was great, lots of space and light. Quick walk to beach, restaurants, etc. If we had planned ahead we would have taken better advantage of the spacious, beautifully appointed kitchen. Wayn, Sam and Solomon made up the very friendly staff. The housekeeping folks were exceptional, too! Turks and Caicos was third on our list (St. John and St. Thomas were booked). But we will be back at The Tides for sure. Turks & Caicos was a very pleasant surprise, mostly because of the people. So kind and hospitable. The bartenders and wait staff might seem reserved at first, but once you demonstrate a bit of humanity, they open up and would give you the shirt off their backs. This was my impression. So I have zero complaints about The Tides. My only caution is when leaving the island, budget an extra half hour for an airport that could be better organized. read less

Very clean, rooms are very spacious! Overall great place for a vacation. Ocean is amazing only 100 feet away. Walk to the town is like 15 min or a 10 min bike ride. Will defiantly visit again. read less

IN F... read moreThis hotel was WONDERFUL from the moment we arrived we were greeted by hotel hostess name Samantha and she was WONDERFUL TOO. IN FACT, we arrived checked in and she asked us what brought us here and then that lead us to 4 day 5 nights of blissfully. She scheduled all of our reservations and activities and order taxi. She has a he a rt of gold to makes use that we enjoyed the island. The hotel is easy close to beaches and restaurant beside safe and has a kitchen to enjoy for long term. Thank u Samantha for helping us pull out the best 40th bday for my bestie with your knowledge we literally completed all we wanted to do in this island. When j return I will stay here hands down. read less

We stayed at the Private Villa adjacent to the hotel. Brenda and Samantha were awesome! Whatever you needed they never hesitated to assist. The beach is just a couple of minutes walk right at your door step, also Private pool as well. Food, drinks and the people as well as the location fabulous 👌. Definitely going back and I highly recommend. Very clean, just one thing the water pressure needs to be stronger. The night life is greattttt. Must eat at the Crackpot Kitchen 😋😋 read less
