Third time's charm! Our third visit and better each time! It starts with the AMAZING service always provided by Susie in reservations. From initial contact to booking confirmation, arrival and during our stay Susie is the most diligent, polite, professional , responsive and helpful..always !!! Susie is a major asset to The Tides. Brenda is spectacular! She is always helpful and happy to accommodate any and all of our needs; before and during our stay. Kind and professional "can do" hospitality as always provided by Brenda. Housekeeping provided by Scarlett, excellent and helped with all our requests. On property Wayne and his team are always welcoming and helpful with any of our requests. The room was (as always) spacious, clean and beautiful, great property and location. We can't wait to return!!

Great Grace Bay resort at a very affordable price We had originally booked The Palms, but I discovered the Tides on Trip Advisor and decided to stay there. It’s very near The Palms but at a third of the cost. We enjoyed eating at several restaurants and hotels along Grace Bay our entire stay. Pros Large room with daily housekeeping- more like a condo than hotel room Huge kitchen, living room and dining area Washer and dryer in room Lovely patio with lounges, high top and chairs on the first floor at poolside Coffee replenished daily Complimentary bikes Complimentary chairs and umbrellas on the beach Plenary of restaurants nearby Cons No restaurant onsite, but Bay Bistro and The Palms are next door It’s not on the beach, but the beach is a very short walk, and they'll take you in a golf cart Their beach area is beside a local park, so it’s not private. Some locals used the chairs one day and brought their dog. We were welcomed by the property's greatest asset when we arrived, Brenda, and she continued to be amazing our entire stay. She obviously loves what she does, and we will go back there because of her!

Great hotel at a great price The tides was a great place to stay in Grace Bay at a reasonable price. While it is a smaller, boutique style hotel, they have some strong qualities - easy access to the beach, umbrellas and lounge chairs provided on beach, very clean, friendly staff, and a great value. Would recommend and stay there again.

Very clean and spacious The rooms are very clean and spacious with a bedroom, kitchen, and living area making it extremely comfortable. Plus they have a lot of extra touches and conveniences - like a washer and dryer, bottled water in the refrigerator and next to the beds, and coffee. While not beach front, they do have reserved chairs and umbrellas on the beach for guests. And if it were beach front, I’m sure the price would be triple. There is a restaurant next door and others within walking distance so not having a restaurant on the premises was not an issue. We’d definitely stay again!

Perfect Getaway Spot This was our 2nd time staying at the Tides and it was just as accommodating and excellent services like our 1st visit. Location, cleanliness, quietness, and friendliness were top notched. I highly recommend anyone to make The Tides your choice of stay.

Fun Times at The Tides, Grace Bay (Highly Recommend this Hotel) This is a great place to stay, especially if you want a short walk to the beach. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable of places to go throughout the day. The room was very clean and very spacious. I would like to give a shout out to Susie, who was very helpful in sharing what The Tides, Grace Bay at to offer and this was one of the reasons for booking a room at The Tides. I can't wait to return back to The Tides, Grace Bay. I highly recommend this hotel.

The Best ! Picked The Tides for my family who was attending my destination wedding. From the beginning it was a great experience with Susie with all my questions for almost a year. She was able to accommodate all my family with children of all ages. The hotel is beautiful, clean and a walking distance from the beach and restaurants. The pool was perfect for adults and children! The front desk was so lovely including Wayne Sharla and our lovely Brenda. They arranged for excursions taxi rides and even food delivery! I have stood at different hotels in Grace Bay but never had the experience as I did with The Tides! Thank you thank you ! All of my family have never been to Turks until this trip and they were delighted with the service of The Tides! From the price to the service it was just perfect! I promise you you will love it as we did’ I can’t wait to go back!

Last minute trip to Providenciales This was a lat minute trip so there were limited choices on places we could stay without spending an arm and a leg. We stumbled across The Tides and it was perfect for this trip. It's not a resort but more of a condo. Had a nice pool and easy walk to the beach. I'd say it was more beach front then some of the beach front resorts, depending on where you stay at such resorts. They provide umbrella and chairs at the beach as well. Nothing over the top but clean, new, and friendly. Easy access to many places to eat and shop. Free parking close to your condo. It has a small excercise room but it is just the basics. We were able to use the kitchen for our morning coffee and snacks. We prefer to eat out. But it has plenty of things stocked in the kitchen if you wanted to cook at home. Each condo is a little different. Ours was very spacious for two people. We asked to see a few before we left because we plan to return. We had a broken coffee pot and they fixed that right away. The only issue we had was a bedroom ceiling fan that didn't always want to work. But would defintely stay here again.

Best hotel experience EVER! The accommodations were great. Clean, spacious, quiet, a nice view and a few steps from a pristine beach. The full kitchen was a huge plus. The hotel is a short walk or bike ride from the popular strip. I can't say enough about the friendly staff. Our initial flight was canceled, I notified the hotel and Susie (reservations manager) turned our frown upside down. She quickly offered a solution so that we were able to enjoy the length of stay as originally planned. We received a warm welcome and room tour from Wayne. The following day we met Brenda, one of the highlights of our trip. OMG, she is my new best friend! 🙂 Brenda planned many of our outings, arranged travel and suggested incredible food options. She made our visit a memorable one. We're looking forward to returning to the island and The Tides! Thank you Susie, Brenda and Wayne for a fantastic time & stay! ❤️
