Wonderful property with great rooms. We visited this property for the first time and were very impressed with the rooms and overall experience. They have great air conditioning, and the rooms are fully equipped with washing/drying machines, stove, oven, microwave and much more. Brenda at the reception was wonderful, very friendly and helpful. Jason too helped with beach beds. They have a wonderful beach few minutes away and it's very peaceful and relaxing area. I strongly recommend and will definitely come back. Two thumbs up to the team. Hope to see you soon.

Amazing resort, staff above par on exellence The hotel is clean and the accommodations are perfect. The staff is attentive and listens and attends to any need. Brenda is incredibly nice and always available. Rooms are cleaned daily and the house keeping staff are always friendly. Second visit here this year will be returning again!

Excellent stay Excellent stay in The Tides. Hotel just two minutes walk from the beautiful Grace Bay beach and close to several restaurants. Very convenient hotel to visit with family and with small children since each room has a fully equipped kitchen and washing machine and dryer. Turk and Caicos is a very quiet place to visit and with very friendly people. We loved our vacation on this beautiful Caribbean island.

1st visit Solo to the island The tides is a nice hotel situated in a central area of shops and beaches that are walking distance or a bike ride. The hotel could stand a lil more tLC but over it is a comfortable stay as I stayed for 6 days. I give the hotel 7/10 I would return and stay again as it’s a prime location

Highly Recommend We could not have asked for a better stay! The location was excellent and so close to the beach. The room was spacious and had a great kitchen to cook meals. The property also had bikes to travel to the grocery store, which was awesome to have. The staff were wonderful and helpful. We highly recommend this hotel.

Third time's charm! Our third visit and better each time! It starts with the AMAZING service always provided by Susie in reservations. From initial contact to booking confirmation, arrival and during our stay Susie is the most diligent, polite, professional , responsive and helpful..always !!! Susie is a major asset to The Tides. Brenda is spectacular! She is always helpful and happy to accommodate any and all of our needs; before and during our stay. Kind and professional "can do" hospitality as always provided by Brenda. Housekeeping provided by Scarlett, excellent and helped with all our requests. On property Wayne and his team are always welcoming and helpful with any of our requests. The room was (as always) spacious, clean and beautiful, great property and location. We can't wait to return!!

Great Grace Bay resort at a very affordable price We had originally booked The Palms, but I discovered the Tides on Trip Advisor and decided to stay there. It’s very near The Palms but at a third of the cost. We enjoyed eating at several restaurants and hotels along Grace Bay our entire stay. Pros Large room with daily housekeeping- more like a condo than hotel room Huge kitchen, living room and dining area Washer and dryer in room Lovely patio with lounges, high top and chairs on the first floor at poolside Coffee replenished daily Complimentary bikes Complimentary chairs and umbrellas on the beach Plenary of restaurants nearby Cons No restaurant onsite, but Bay Bistro and The Palms are next door It’s not on the beach, but the beach is a very short walk, and they'll take you in a golf cart Their beach area is beside a local park, so it’s not private. Some locals used the chairs one day and brought their dog. We were welcomed by the property's greatest asset when we arrived, Brenda, and she continued to be amazing our entire stay. She obviously loves what she does, and we will go back there because of her!

Great hotel at a great price The tides was a great place to stay in Grace Bay at a reasonable price. While it is a smaller, boutique style hotel, they have some strong qualities - easy access to the beach, umbrellas and lounge chairs provided on beach, very clean, friendly staff, and a great value. Would recommend and stay there again.

Very clean and spacious The rooms are very clean and spacious with a bedroom, kitchen, and living area making it extremely comfortable. Plus they have a lot of extra touches and conveniences - like a washer and dryer, bottled water in the refrigerator and next to the beds, and coffee. While not beach front, they do have reserved chairs and umbrellas on the beach for guests. And if it were beach front, I’m sure the price would be triple. There is a restaurant next door and others within walking distance so not having a restaurant on the premises was not an issue. We’d definitely stay again!
